Rhonda White is the chief operating officer for Chapters Health System. Prior to this role, Rhonda was the chief compliance officer for the system, which she assumed in April 2022.

She began her hospice and palliative care career in 1999 as a social worker. Rhonda joined Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care in 2008 and in 2014 was named as its chief operating officer, where she oversaw the daily operations of all divisions of Cornerstone. Rhonda is a Florida native who graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s in public health. She is also certified in healthcare compliance.
