As an RN Care Coordinator, you become a member of an interdisciplinary team of doctors, other nurses, social workers, chaplains, and nursing assistants dedicated to the relief and prevention of suffering. Your nursing knowledge, skills, and heart will grow as you care for hospice patients and their families.

We have excellent opportunities on our home and facilities teams within Hillsborough County in the areas of Tampa, Temple Terrace, Plant City and Sun City.

You are the ideal candidate if you have: Current Florida RN licensure (or licensure from another state plus a temporary Florida permit. At least one year of inpatient nursing or hospice experience.
