Tampa Bay Times Names Chapters Health System a Winner of the Tampa Bay Area Top Workplaces 2021 Award
Tampa, FL

March 26, 2021

Chapters Health System has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.

“This is a noteworthy accomplishment in any year, but to be able to achieve during times of such high stress and uncertainty is a great point of pride,” said Andrew Molosky, MBA, FACHE, CHPCA, president and chief executive officer for Chapters Health. “People come to Chapters Health to be part of an organization performing meaningful and impactful work 24/7/365 in taking care of patients and families with or affected by advanced illness. Every day our team members impact lives across a wide continuum of care. Chapters Health is truly a top workplace.”

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage chief executive officer. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
