All ceremonies are held outdoors, please dress accordingly.

For 40 years, HPH Hospice has maintained a tradition of remembrance and comfort during the holidays. This year HPH Hospice is providing a special way to remember loved ones, through the display of Holiday Hope memorial ornaments.
Your gift of $25
With your gift of $25, we will display a Holiday Hope Ornament bearing the name of your loved one on a Tree located at one of our hospice houses.
Your gift of $100
With your gift of $100 or more, you will also receive a 2024 keepsake metal ornament engraved with our logo for you to cherish year after year.
