Hospice of Santa Cruz County joins Nathan Adelson Hospice (Las Vegas, NV) and Willamette Vital Health (Salem, OR) in the Chapters Health West Division, following the finalization of their affiliations earlier this year. Hospice East Bay (Pleasant Hill, CA) is also expected to finalize its affiliation shortly following the conditional approval granted by California Attorney General Rob Bonta on August 20.

“We are thrilled to have the affiliation with Hospice of Santa Cruz County finalized, and to further expand access to chronic illness care on the Central Coast of California,” said Andrew Molosky, President and CEO, Chapters Health System. “Our focus is to preserve and enhance the remarkable legacy of community-based care that has been the hallmark of Hospice of Santa Cruz County for more than 40 years.
