Chapters Health Recognized Based on Employee Survey for Fourth-Consecutive Year

Chapters Health System, the nations largest nonprofit hospice and advanced illness care organization, proudly announced its naming as a winner of the 2025 Top Workplaces USA award. The winners are determined by employee feedback captured through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. The anonymous survey measures culture drivers that are critical to the success of an organization.

“At Chapters Health, our focus is taking care of patients, or taking care of those who do,” said Andrew Molosky, president and CEO, Chapters Health System. “This employee-driven recognition shows that we are succeeding in our goal to be the best place to work in healthcare and that we are creating a culture that empowers team members to make a difference in the communities we serve. It’s an honor to hear the feedback from our team members and I am grateful for their efforts to make Chapters Health a top place to work.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces USA award is a testament to an organization’s credibility and commitment to a people-first culture,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This award, driven by real employee feedback, is more than just a recognition — it’s proof that your employees believe in the organization and its leadership. Job seekers and customers look for this trusted badge of credibility and excellence. It signals a company that values its people, and that kind of culture resonates in today’s competitive market.”
