Chapters Health System, a provider for support and care for those affected by advanced illnesses, has opened an office in Alachua at San Felasco Tech City that will serve as the base for its North Florida operations. Chapters Health, headquartered in Tampa, will now serve 11 North Central Florida counties up to the Georgia border.
