    Chapters Health Foundation to Hold 3rd Annual Rock the Dock Event

    TAMPA, FL (October 14, 2020): Chapters Health Foundation will hold its third annual “Rock the Dock” event presented by USI Insurance Services on Saturday, October 24, 2020 in support of Chapters Health System’s Pediatric Palliative Medicine program. For the first time in the event’s history, the innovative fundraiser will feature a virtual night of disco fever with world renowned DJ Kopec to ensure the safety of all guests.

     

    Chapters Health Foundation Secures Funding for Medical Supplies, Unpaid and Underfunded Programs

    TAMPA, FL (AUGUST 27, 2020): As COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the state of Florida, Chapters Health Foundation is proud to announce it has secured a $10,000 grant from Tampa Electric (TECO). With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting medical supplies nationwide, the grant will ensure that frontline team members will have personal protective equipment (PPE) needed to safely care for patients and families.

    Chapters Health System Launches Expansion of Services into Martin and St. Lucie Counties

    TAMPA, FL (AUGUST 21, 2020): Chapters Health System, one of the nation’s premier not-for-profit, community-based healthcare organizations, today announced the launch of its expansion of services into Martin and St. Lucie counties. When all phases are completed, Chapters Health will offer a full continuum of care including hospice, palliative care, home health and other community-based care models to area residents.

    Chapters Health System Announces Launch Date for Innovative Care Connect Division

    Tampa, FL (July 1, 2020): Chapters Health System, one of the nation’s premier not-for-profit, community-based healthcare organizations headquartered in Temple Terrace, today announced the official launch date of its innovative Chapters Health Care Connect division as Saturday, August 1, 2020. Care Connect’s one centralized access point will be manned by registered nurses 24/7/365 in order to assist members in streamlining the customized care they need.

    Tampa, FL (June 11, 2020): Chapters Health System was certified for the third consecutive year as a great workplace in the Aging Services category today by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® Institute. Chapters Health and its affiliates (Chapters Health Home Care, Chapters Health Palliative Care, Good Shepherd Hospice, Hospice of Okeechobee, HPH Hospice and LifePath Hospice) earned this distinction based on extensive ratings provided by its team members in anonymous surveys.     Chapters Health System Expansion Set to More than Double County Coverage

    TAMPA, FL (March 10, 2020): Chapters Health System, one of the nation’s premier not-for-profit, community-based healthcare organizations headquartered in Temple Terrace, today announced its expansion plans, which more than doubles its service area footprint. The health system was recently awarded the certificate of need (CON) for Service Area 3A by the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), and plans are underway to bring not-for-profit hospice services back to the Florida Keys and surrounding areas.
