Chapters Health Valor Program Honor Flight
Help send a Veteran on an “Honor Flight” to Washington D.C.!
Chapters Health Foundation is elated to share that we are partnering with the Honor Flight of Central Florida for their spring flight taking place on Saturday, May 6, 2023! The Honor Flight sends Veterans and their Guardians on a FREE trip to Washington D.C. to see the memorials built in their honor.
Your generous donation will give a Veteran an opportunity they might not otherwise have – an opportunity to remember friends lost and share their stories and experiences with other Veterans. These special flights are specially equipped to manage Veterans that may have supervision or clinical needs.
The Honor Flight experience is moving for all involved. The day begins early in the morning with a flight from Orlando to Washington D.C., followed by a day spent walking the National Mall and Memorial Parks, strolling around the beautiful lake while viewing amazing historical monuments and moving memorials and tributes, and then concluding the day with a flight back to Florida. Meals and other considerations are provided for all participants.

This inaugural Honor Flight being coordinated through Chapters Health Foundation on behalf of the Chapters Health Valor Program is historic. Chapters Health’s “Mission #1” will ideally be the first of many missions championing gratitude to our Veterans and a shared experience for Chapters Health System team members.
