Honoring and Caring for Veterans at the End of Life
No matter the war or military action, whether Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard or Merchant Marines, whether combat era or peacetime, those who pledged their service to our country should be recognized and honored regularly. But even more important is taking care of these dedicated men and women when they are battling a life-limiting illness.
The We Honor Veterans program is a national initiative between the VA and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
Registration is closed for this event.
