Chuck Lee is the chief administrative officer and president of hospice for Chapters Health System in which he oversees hospice operations. He assumed this role in April 2022.

Previously Chuck served as president and chief executive officer of Cornerstone Hospice & Palliative Care since 2013. He is also experienced in clinical pastoral education and is a permanent deacon in the Roman Catholic Church. While being active in many community activities, Chuck has long been a very positive influence on young people as Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 277 in Mount Dora, Florida, which is part of the Lake District and Central Florida Council.
