Good Shepherd Hospice Hosts Lights of Remembrance Events

TAMPA, FL (November  13, 2018): On three separate dates, Good Shepherd Hospice will host “Lights of Remembrance,” which are annual commemorative ceremonies for families and community members to acknowledge and appreciate cherished loved ones. The holiday memorial ceremonies are scheduled for Tuesday, November 27; Tuesday, December 4 and Thursday, December 6. Starting at 6 p.m., each holiday memorial ceremony, which is free and open to the public, will take place at several locations throughout Polk and Highlands counties.

 

Chapters Health System Picks Dean H. Forman, MBA as Its New COO

TAMPA, FL (November 8, 2018): Chapters Health System and its affiliates (Good Shepherd Hospice, HPH Hospice and LifePath Hospice) announced today  Dean H. Forman, MBA, will start officially as the new Chief Operating Officer on Monday, December 3, 2018. Forman will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Molosky. In 2017, Chapters Health affiliates served almost 19,000 patients and families across eight counties—Citrus, Hardee, Hernando, Hillsborough, Highlands, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk.

HPH Hospice Celebrates 12 Years of Service in Citrus County

Lecanto, FL (August 14, 2018): In celebration of serving the residents of Citrus County for the past 12 years, HPH Hospice will hold a free community event on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The celebration will take place at the Citrus Resource Center located at 2939 W. Gulf to Lake Highway in Lecanto

HPH Hospice Seeks Prospective Volunteers

Lecanto, FL (June 7, 2018): Do you have a big heart? Or are you looking for something rewarding to fill your free time? You might want to consider volunteering for HPH Hospice. On Thursday, June 28, 2018, and Friday, June 29, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., HPH Hospice will host a two-day orientation training for anyone interested in becoming a volunteer.

 

HPH Home Health Awarded Deemed Status Accreditation from The Joint Commission

New Port Richey, FL (April 30, 2018): HPH Home Health, an affiliate of Chapters Health System, announced today that it had earned The Joint Commission’s deemed status accreditation for home health services by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. Deemed status is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing safe and effective care.

 

Chapters Health System Names Adam Stanfield Vice President of Development

Tampa, FL (April 12, 2018): Chapters Health System and its affiliates (Good Shepherd Hospice, HPH Hospice and LifePath Hospice) named Adam Stanfield as the new Vice President of Development and Executive Director of the Chapters Health Foundation, Inc. Stanfield will be responsible for overall leadership for the development team to include strategic visioning, operational management, staff development and community relations and awareness; the launch of the Chapters Health Foundation including the identification, cultivation and recruitment of a separate community-based board of directors; and the overall expansion of fundraising capabilities.
